3522728 - Unable to Fetch Backup Catalog Due to Memory Allocation Error

Symptom

While attempting to fetch the backup catalog, an error message is encountered:

"SAP DBTech JDBC [4]: cannot allocate enough memory."

Attempts to delete old backup IDs also result in errors. The error message:

"SAP DBTech JDBC: [2]: general error: Backup error: Allocation failed" is displayed, indicating a memory allocation issue.

This issue impacts the ability to perform backups and delays pending upgrades.
