3522784 - Missing Joule Profile Navigation Button in SAP SuccessFactors - SAP for Me

Symptom

  • The issue arises when the Joule is enabled in the SuccessFactors instance.
  • When the related use case is querying about a user, the correct user is displayed, however the navigation button to navigate to the corresponding profile page is missing from the Joule response.
  • The absence of this button prevents the user from accessing the required profile.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log in to SuccessFactors.
  2. Click the Joule icon in the top right-hand corner.
  3. Command a use case to trigger user information, i.e "View my profile".
  4. Notice the absence of the button to navigate to the profile.

For example, below "view user peer" use case, the "Profile" button is missing:
