Symptom
- The issue arises when the Joule is enabled in the SuccessFactors instance.
- When the related use case is querying about a user, the correct user is displayed, however the navigation button to navigate to the corresponding profile page is missing from the Joule response.
- The absence of this button prevents the user from accessing the required profile.

Reproducing the Issue
- Log in to SuccessFactors.
- Click the Joule icon in the top right-hand corner.
- Command a use case to trigger user information, i.e "View my profile".
- Notice the absence of the button to navigate to the profile.
For example, below "view user peer" use case, the "Profile" button is missing:
