3522796 - App F3338 'Manage Allocations' does not allow editing for certain fields like Ledger and Company Code when using Allocation type 'Intercompany Allocation'.

Symptom

When maintaining an Intercompany Allocation Cycle in App Manage Allocations, a few fields are not available for input, in contrast to other Allocation Types.
