3522898 - OIDC RP Custom Claim Mapping Behavior in CDC

Symptom

  • The custom claim mapping in CDC OIDC RP only adds to the profile after the second login of a new user.
  • If the identity and/or data field is removed from the profile, the custom claim is not mapped on subsequent logins.
  • The expectation is that the claim is mapped to the user profile on the first login and that a custom claim can be mapped to a data field on subsequent logins in case the field/identity is deleted.
