3522904 - 'Upload' button greyed out in P system's Maintain Form Templates app - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

The 'Upload' function for form templates in the Maintain Form Templates app of the Productive system is greyed out.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Navigate to the Maintain Form Templates app in the Productive system.
2. Attempt to use the 'Upload' function for form templates.
3. The 'Upload' button is greyed out.

The form template is supposed to be transported to Productive system by app Export Software Collection. It should not be uploaded again to the P system via the 'Upload' button in Maintain Form Templates app.
