3522905 - Error "No material item found for the specified criteria" when creating HU including batch split item via API_OUTBOUND_DELIVERY_SRV

Symptom

When creating handling unit including batch split item via API_OUTBOUND_DELIVERY_SRV, the API raised the error : "No material item found for the specified criteria".
