3522958 - Cannot start Mass Maintenance Process in S/4 HANA Cloud with error No Process Template

You're expecting to use the Mass Maintenance App in S/4 HANA Cloud environment to update Business Partner or Material in mass. When you try to start the process, you get error "No process template for goal Basic Mass Update and OTC * does not exist".
