3523106 - The API-State of a CDS-Query cannot be set to 'C1 Released' as it is released with Feature Toogle 'DW4_RELEASE_API'

It is required to set the API-State of a CDS Query to 'C1 released' in order to run it in frontends like Analysis for Office. The API-State can be set in the HANA Studio (ABAP Development Tool) by checking the properties of the relevant CDS view. The steps are described in the Support Content "CDS views: HowTo use in BW contexts" (point "API State C1"). However it is not possible to set the API-State to 'C1 released' due to state being released with Feature Toogle 'DW4_RELEASE_API'.
