An SAP HANA Cockpit patch upgrade fails during the update procedure.
The upgrade log reports errors similar to:
Cannot create SecureStore
nameserver <host>:<port> is still active, cannot open its SSFS
The failure occurs early in the update phase when the installer attempts to update SAP HANA components.
The system database and HANA instance appear to be stopped, but the upgrade still aborts.
