Symptom
Unable to find outlook add-in when logged in via Outlook Web Access in a Mobile device.
Reproducing the Issue
1. Login to Outlook web access via Mobile browser
2. you will not be able to locate the Outlook add-in
Resolution
Ideally you will notice that none of the add-ins (including Outlook Add-in) will be available when logged in through Outlook Web Access from a Mobile device. This is a limitation from Microsoft Outlook side and for further details kindly raise a ticket to Microsoft.
