Symptom

Identity Provisioning Service (IPS) job is failing to sync the users to SAP Ariba Invoicing. Common error messages:

  • Connector cannot process more entities due to irreparable error Caused by: Oauth request failed with status: 401 and body: {"error":"invalid_client","error_description":"Bad credentials"}
  • Source path: $.userUuid is not available in content, but is required in defined system transformation Caused by: Source path: $.userUuid is not available in content, but is required in defined system transformation Caused by: No results for path: $['userUuid']
  • HTTP operation failed invoking ... with statusCode: 302, redirectLocation: ...
