3523273 - Cannot Change Consent In Teams Integration From User Delegation To Application Delegation and Vice Versa.

Symptom

You are unable to change consent in teams integration from user delegation to application delegation and vice versa.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

1. Login to C4C

2. Go to General settings

3. Under teams integration (Once a consent is already maintained)

4. Notice that you are unable to edit or change the Consent

Cause

Setting the Consent Type is a One Time Activity and Cannot be modified.

Resolution

In order to Change the consent you will have to raise an Incident to SAP who will be deleting the consent completely post which you will be able to reset the consent to the desired one.
