3523339 - Missing Account Notes in report

You notice Account Notes only shows the last Account Note even when there are more than one note. 

• SAP Business ByDesign
• SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to Business Analytics work center.
2. Go to Design Data source view.
3. Search for "Opportunity Notes"(C4C) or " All Activities with Predecessor Opportunities"(ByD).
4. Add notes to view.
5. You will view only the last account note.

This is the expected behavior of the system.

As per the current design of the data source , we only see one latest note displayed. 

Currently we do not have any other data source that shows all the notes in the account.

It would be a new requirement. You can raise a request in the customer influence site:
