3523473 - IPS job failed with Error=Operation failed after 3 retries. Caused by: Token has been expired when sync user from SF to SAC

Symptom

  • When sync user from SF to embed SAC in IPS, the job fails with below error and no users synced.

=Operation failed after 3 retries. Caused by: Token has been expired Caused by: Token has been expired Caused by: HTTP operation failed invoking <ahref="https://<sac>/api/v1/scim/Bulk" rel="nofollow">https://<sac>.eu2.sac.successfactors.eu/api/v1/scim/Bulk with statusCode: 403, Response: {"timestamp":"2024-09-10T10:02:06.329+00:00","status":403,"error":"Forbidden","path":"/api/v1/scim/Bulk"}

  • The access token expire in 1800s, but it takes only 6 seconds since IPS job starts till the 403 error is produced.
