3523475 - DB6: IDM jobs fail due to error code -10003

Symptom

IDM jobs fail intermittently due to following error:

Error code -10003 SQL state:57011 - com.ibm.db2.jcc.am.SqlException: 
There are not enough system resources to process the request.  The request cannot be processed.
SQLCODE=-10003, SQLSTATE=57011, DRIVER=4.33.32


The database log (db2diag.log) shows JAVA heap space issue.
