3523491 - Errors when previewing PDF document for SAP21 FI Customer Invoices - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

The following errors occur when previewing PDF document for SAP21 FI Customer Invoices in the Create Correspondence app:

• Output Management could not generate the requested PDF document.
• Form template name can't be initial.
• Could not retrieve the PDF document from the Output Management.
