3523607 - No values available in Job Location field in Job Requisition - Recruiting Management

The Job Location field appears in the requisition but no values appear for selection.
Note there is no issue with the Job location short format field, only the Job Location field

1. Define and Permission Job Location standard object field in requisition template
2. Populate entries in the object via Manage Data
3. The field is editable in the requisition but upon opening the menu, no options are listed for selection 

This issue is happening because the setting "Allow users to select only those instances that are active as of date in the Start Date field in the Job Requisition, Application and Offer Detail pages" is enabled in Manage Recruiting Settings. This means that the values are not displaying because the start date in any of the above mentioned entities is set to a date before the effective date of the object values.

For example, a job requisition has the Start Date set to be on March 5th, 2024 and the object values are affective as of June 1st, 2024. Then no value will be available in the dropdown.

You have to either disable this option, or ensure that the effective date of the object values are prior to the start date of the job requisition, offer, or the job application.
