3523683 - Exclude inactive employees from synchronization in S/4HANA

Symptom

  • The execution of the program /SHCM/RH_SYNC_BUPA_EMPL_SINGLE to synchronize Employee Business Partners (BPs) does not filter properly by employee status.
  • When filtering by active employee status (3), all employees are synchronized including inactive ones.
  • The synchronization result in transaction SLG1 shows that it also synchronizes inactive employees.
