Symptom
When editing the Job Profile section of a job requisition, the user is able to use the Add Section button to add sections, however the dropdown list has sections that the user should not have permission to as it is not granted permission in the role-based permissions.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management
Resolution
The Job Requisition's Job Profile fields are dependent of the listingLayout field in the job requisition template. The only role-based permissions that are taken into consideration for Recruiting Management's view is to be able to load the Job Profile in the Job Requisition, and to be able to pull the data into the Job Requisition's Job Profile.
Therefore, although there are permissions being restricted via role-based permissions, they refer to the actual Job Profile from Admin Center, and not Recruiting's. As of now, there is no way to restrict the permissions to each section inside the Job Requisition's Job Profile.
