3523859 - Growth Portfolio does not display ratings from PM Forms

Symptom

Growth Portfolio is not displaying ratings from PM Forms that were completed before the Talent Intelligence Hub Migration.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Growth Portfolio
  2. See that ratings from PM forms that were completed before the TIH migration are not displayed.

Cause

Expected Behaviour

Resolution

The ratings from PM Forms that were completed before the Talent Intelligence Hub migration could not appear in Growth Portfolio, because no proficiency setting was done prior to Growth Portfolio enablement. 

If you still want to sync the ratings from these forms to Growth Portfolio you will need to route this forms back to in progress and then route it to completed again.
