3523865 - Application Error (Applications gave 400 status=400) in Latest Workbench - Recruiting Management

An application error is encountered when accessing the Candidate application in Latest Workbench.

Error message:

errorMessage=Service /rest/recruiting/application/search/v1/Requisitions/773/Applications gave 400
status=400
timestamp=2024-09-19T13:16:12.868Z
externalMessage=Cannot find solr field for property (fieldID).

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Navigate to Recruiting 
2. Navigate to any Job Req ID
3. Click on the Job Requisition title
4. Navigate to the 'Candidates' tab within the Requisition.
5. Error message appears

Currently Field IDs containing a hyphen "-", are not supported in UXR and will give the 400 error.

This fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 2H 2024 release (b2411).

Workaround

Edit or remove the field/background element from the object in Manage Data -> Recruiting user personalization object.
