3523948 - Issue with Creating and Saving Adhoc Item in SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting Data Collection (GRDC)

Symptom

The creation of Adhoc items is not possible.

The error message displayed while creating a new Adhoc item in the GRDC app 'Create adhoc Item' is:

"FUNCTIONAL_EXCEPTION The OData call to The remote OData service responded with status code '403' (service 'API_CNSLDTNADHOCITEM', event 'UPDATE', entity 'API_CNSLDTNADHOCITEM.AdhocItemText') API returns empty content. The access authorizations to that API must be checked by an administrator."
