Cause
Resolution
The sync between performance form and Growth Portfolio on attribute official rating takes place when a form is completed. (i.e., All route steps are completed and the form is moved to the completed folder)
Please make sure the rating history type is correctly configured as Proficiency in Manage Talent Intelligence Hub.
1. Go to Manage Talent Intelligence Hub
2. Choose Proficiency Settings > Rating History
3. Find the corresponding form template and select it > click on "Change Rating History Type" button on the upper right > select "Proficiency" and click "Change"
Note: The change of rating history type doesn't take effect on completed forms.
