3523992 - Syncing of skill or competency rating from Performance form to Growth Portfolio

• When is the attribute rating (skill and competency) entered in performance form reflected in the Growth Portfolio?
• Why is the attribute rating from performance form not reflected in the Growth Portfolio?

The sync between performance form and Growth Portfolio on attribute official rating (item rating, rating of record) takes place when a form is completed. (i.e., All route steps are completed and the form is moved to the completed folder).

Please consider the following expected behaviour scenario:

if the form attribute section has rating option set to 1-3 Rating Options | SAP Help Portal, but only Unofficial User rating or Subject rating was provided in the form (item ratings are empty), the attributes will be synced to Growth portfolio as Unrated.  

Please make sure the rating history type is correctly configured as Proficiency in Manage Talent Intelligence Hub.
1. Go to Manage Talent Intelligence Hub
2. Choose Proficiency Settings > Rating History
3. Find the corresponding form template and select it > click on "Change Rating History Type" button on the upper right > select "Proficiency" and click "Change"
Note: The change of rating history type doesn't take effect on completed forms.

• Performance: If the attribute is associated with a Performance form template, the attribute is displayed in the Growth portfolio, but it's marked as  Unrated.

• Proficiency: If the attribute is associated with a Proficiency form template, the proficiency ratings for the attribute are normalized based on the proficiency level scale you configured. The attribute along with its normalized ratings is displayed in the Growth Portfolio.

  If an attribute is associated with forms of both Proficiency and Performance template types, the ratings in the Performance form template aren't considered. Instead, the latest assessed ratings from the Proficiency template are normalized and displayed in the Growth Portfolio.

• None: If the rating history type is set to None, the proficiency ratings provided in the Performance Management forms are not considered
