3524053 - Maximum allowed number of time sheet users within Time Sheet Approval Center

1. Access the Time Sheet Approval Center as an user assigned with RBP permission to access more than 100K time sheet users.
2. Then the Time Sheet Approval Center shows error "Sorry, an error has occurred."
   

The user has been assigned with RBP to access more than 100K time sheet users. 

Time Sheet Approval Center is provided as a single comprehensive overview for managers to view important contextual information and perform mass approval of their employees' time sheet requests, in an easy and efficient manner. 

This is not designed for admin roles, like HR Admin, or HR BP etc. 

So taking performance and most common business situations into consideration, the maximum allowed number of accessible time sheet users is defined as 100K (100,000).

Once this maximum threshold number of 100K time sheet users is exceeded, the Time Sheet Approval Center page cannot load, and the error "Sorry, an error has occurred. Please try again later." shows.

So to avoid this, please make sure that the user's RBP configuration is done in a way that there will not be more than 100K time sheet users accessible. 

• If target population is defined in the RBP role, please check the target population setting, like groups etc, to restrict the accessible number of time sheet users to smaller than 100K.
• If target population is set to All in the RBP role and there are more than 100K time sheet users in all, then please adjust the target population so that the accessible time sheet user number is no more than 100K.

In general, it is needed to restrict the accessible time sheet users to no more than 100K.
