Symptom

  • While creating assets in Chart of Depreciation YYYY, an error occurs due to missing depreciation area for parallel currency.
  • Error message: "AC811: no area in company code for parallel currency".
  • When maintaining the entry in OAYH raises error AC607: "You cannot change currency XX since posted assets already exist."
