3524306 - "The time event cannot be paired because the next event is recorded within the same minute" error during time event pairing

When trying to pair 2 time events close to each other, you receive an error.

The time event cannot be paired because the next event is recorded within the same minute.

1. Create 2 time events during the same minute (for example 14:02:01 and 14:02:34)
2. Error "The time event cannot be paired because the next event is recorded within the same minute" is visible in 'Manage Clock in Clock out' tool, and Time Sheet UI.

This is the design.

It is not allowed to have time events within the same minute, as is also explained in the error message.

Because in Time Sheet, the attendance recording does not include seconds, so it is not possible to record any entry with a duration of less than 1 minute. The minimum duration can be recorded in time sheet is 1 minute. 

Time events will be paired and converted into recordings in time sheet, so it is not allowed to pair two time events that are less than 1 minute in between
