3524369 - "Task WSxxxxxxxx cannot be read" error after the refresh

Symptom

  • After system refresh, the workflow logs for the work items cannot be displayed.
  • When displaying workflow log by SWI1 or SWIA, error "Task WSxxxxxxxx cannot be read"(WL820) is rasised.
  • The issue occurs to workflows that were created with previous workflow versions.
