3524422 - Disable "View Form" Access Options for Pre-Approved Job Requisitions

Symptom

Disable, hide, or restrict the buttons that provide access to “View Form” options for pre-approved Job Requisitions.

Reproducing the Issue

Recruiting > Job Requisition
Open any Job Requisition in Pre-Approved Status

Resolution

As outlined in the Implementation Guide under Sections Displayed on Job Requisitions | SAP Help Portal: the “View Form” related buttons are part of functionality owned by the Performance Management module.

Currently, these buttons cannot be disabled or controlled within SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management.

Form Section Navigation

These gray buttons are derived from the Performance Management form and don’t serve a great deal of purpose on a requisition. Currently, these buttons can’t be disabled.

Note

This section isn’t supported in Recruiting.
