While planning a conversion to S/4HANA system in Maintenance Planner (MP), below error shows up

The technical system <sid>[ABAP] contains the following add-ons that are not compatible with SAP S/4HANA xxxx - xx FPS. Please refer SAP Note 2214409 for further details.
