3524487 - How to update UserName or email via CSV import with full profile import in SAP Cloud Identity Services

You need to update UserName and/or email of an existing user with full user profile import on Identity Authentication (IAS)

Attempt to import a created csv file to update them shows "<x> users will be created. 0 users will be updated because they already exist"

Import fails with: "The CSV file failed to be imported. Contact your system administrator for assistance."
