3524550 - Error When Opening Central PO: Failed to resolve navigation target '#ProcurementHubPO-manageAdvanced?...'

Symptom

Error below is thrown when opening a Central PO in the following two scenarios.

  • When attempting to open a Central Purchase Order to which a Purchase Requisition (PR) has been added via fiori app 'Process Purchase Requisitions Centrally'
  • When attempting to open a Central Purchase Order by clicking on button "Open Document" from app 'Manage Purchase Order Centrally'

Error:
"App could not be opened either due to an incorrect SAP Fiori launchpad configuration or a missing role assignment. Failed to resolve navigation target '#ProcurementHubPO-manageAdvanced?PurchasingDocumentNumber=<PO Number>&sap-app-origin-hint=&sap-system=<Connected System Alias>&sap-ushell-navmode=explace'. This is most likely caused by an incorrect SAP Fiori launchpad content configuration or by a missing role assignment."

In F12 DevTools Network tab, it shows 404 error "Requested resource could not be found" on odata call ("/sap/opu/odata/UI2/INTEROP/SystemAliases(id='<Connected System Alias>')?$format=json\").
