Symptom

  • An issue is identified with the IP Restrictions functionality in SAP Customer Data Cloud.
  • An Active Listing has been defined to allow only certain IP addresses to access a specific site.
  • However, the site is still accessible from IP addresses not listed in the Active Listing.
  • This is observed when making an 'accounts.getAccountInfo' call from a different IP address.
