When running the import tool it is failing with error: "The entity could not be added because the system failed to import it. Please import again the entities that failed."

• When using the import tool you need to ensure you follow the rules in the template or it will fail.
• Title of template when downloaded from LMS should not be changed.
• If incorrect format is used in certain cells and the columns rules are not followed as per the template it will fail.
