3524637 - Source of Supply Not Determined for Some Products When Creating Shopping Cart in SAP SRM

Symptom

Classic Scenario：

When creating a Shopping Cart (SC) in SRM, source of supply of a product is not determined. For example, suppliers and contracts don't appear in Source of Supply tab, even though the product has been added to a central contract, which has been distributed to the backend (ECC or S/4HANA) successfully.
