Symptom
Unable to upload attachments using Data Impex.
Environment
SAP Sales Cloud V2
SAP Service Cloud V2
Reproducing the Issue
1. Go to Settings > All Settings
2. Search for Data Import & Export
3. Select Import > Create > Select Case as Entity
4. Click on View Entity List.
5. There is no option for Attachments.
Resolution
Currently attachments present in the templates cannot be imported via Data Import and Export. You can check further details in the Help Portal.
As an alternative, it's possible to use the API calls to upload while this feature is not deployed (KBA: How to Create Attachments Via Document Service API?)
