3524756 - BAPI_RE_CN_CREATE - Automatic Update of Useful Life in Asset

Symptom

  • Using BAPI_RE_CN_CREATE with two valuation rules for two depreciation areas that capitalize the same asset, example: IFRS and LOCAL GAAP.
    • In the IFRS area, the asset is correctly updated with the useful life from the Lease contract.
    • In the LOCAL GAAP area, the depreciation area useful life gets 0 at the moment of rule completion.
