Symptom

  • Users reported inability to login to customer's sites on certain mobile devices.
  • The affected devices may include Samsung S23 FE, Samsung A15, Samsung M51, Samsung S24 Ultra, and Nothing Phone 2a.
  • The Central Login Page (CLP) is not triggered upon clicking the login button, leaving users stuck on the home page.
  • The CNAME records configured for SSO login are not reachable on the affected devices.
