After a New Tenant is created, the user is unable to access the Administrator Work Center View, even though the Administrator business role has been assigned.
Environment

Cause
When requested a new tenant, user selected the wrong Data Source option: Initial System. This option is relevant for initial implementation and no solution profile nor data are copied from Source System.
Resolution
To guarantee that all the needed data is copied to the new tenant, the correct Data Source option is: Initial System (Copy Solution Profile) when requesting a new tenant.
