3524886 - Cancelled Sales Order Visible In Planning View

• A sales order has been cancelled and its status has been updated to Completed.
• Despite the cancellation, the customer demand is still visible in the Planning view of the product.
• The customer demand line item has the status Cancellation Requested, indicating a succeeding document which has not been processed completely.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Supply Planning work center.
2. Go to Products View.
3. Search for the relevant Product and Planning Area combination and choose the Open button.
4. In the planning screen, the customer demand ID of the cancelled sales orders can be seen.

• The deviation reported in warehouse tasks have not been accepted in the relevant warehouse order.
• Once the deviations are processed and Accepted, the line items in customer demand will be updated with the correct Cancellation Status.

1. Go to Outbound Logistics work center.
2. Navigate to the Monitoring view and choose the option By Warehouse Order.
3. Search and select the relevant warehouse order for which the deviations need to be accepted.
4. Choose the Edit button.
5. Navigate to the Operations tab.
6. Deviations reported for the line items can be seen, select the relevant deviation.
7. Choose any of the available options <Accept Deviation>, <Accept Deviation and Reject Open Quantity> or <Reprocess Open Quantity>

How you choose to process the deviations should be discussed and agreed with your business.
