• The workflow is submitted successfully but encounters an error "Leading Object with key value does not exist." during agent determination, or other kind of errors when starting the workflow from another source. (not from Verify General Journal Entries)

• CDS views Facvd_Verdoc_Wli or I_GLJRNLENTRYTOBEVERIFIED does not contain the submitted Journal Entry.
