3524993 - How to change the Security Audit Log (SM20/RSAU_READ_LOG) to record a single file per day

There is a requirement to record events on a single file each day instead of multiple files in the Security Audit Log (SM20 or RSAU_READ_LOG). The steps from this KBA apply only where you specifically wish to record audit logs on a single file per day, which is one of the two options present for the audit log (the other option is Multiple Files Per Day).
