3525083 - Error: 'Execution was halted due to an attempt to load an unsigned component <folder path>\oci.dll' when refreshing a report based on Oracle in Crystal Reports

Symptom

  • Error: 'Execution was halted due to an attempt to load an unsigned component...'
  • Could successfully refresh reports based on Oracle before applying an update to Crystal Reports.
  • When refreshing a report based on Oracle, Crystal Reports generates the following error, then crash:

         "Execution was halted due to an attempt to load an unsigned component <folder path>\oci.dll"
