Symptom
Upon accessing the custom tiles on the Home Page, the error messages below arise even though the authentication to the tile's URL is successful.

Your sign-in was successful but does not meet the criteria to access this resource. For example, you might be signing in from a browser, app, or location that is restricted by your admin. - Something went wrong
Your organization has disabled this device.
To fix this, contact your system administrator and provide the error code 135011.

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to the Home Page.
- Click on the affected tile.
- Authenticate to the newly opened website.
- The errors above appear even though the authentication is successful.
Resolution
The error messages are not raised by C4C system. Instead, they are from Microsoft. Please contact your Microsoft 365 tenant admin to check if they have applied any restrictions or conditions. Your tenant admin could be anyone from the IT department.
