3525100 - I-9 Reverification is being assigned to incorrect Responsible User - Onboarding

I-9 Reverification was not assigned to the correct responsible user. 

i.e. Reverification task should be assigned to the HR, but was trigger to the Manager instead. Manager is seeing the tile on their Home Page.

Reverification was triggered previously to changes made into business rule.

If changes in I-9 Business Rule or the dynamic group was recently made, tasks triggered previous to this change won't be impacted.

In order to correct it, please retrigger the task: Manage Data >  Create New > Trigger I-9 flow (trigger type = I-9 reverification).

Obs: Changing the responsible user manually in Manage Data > Compliance Process Responsible Object doesn't work, it can be saved as the responsible user, but it won't reflect in the task. New responsible user won't see task tile on their Home Page.
