Symptom

  • Manual Insertion of charge lines into a service order is not possible as the "Insert -> Charge Line" action button is disabled.
  • Warning "No charge calculation-relevant data exists" - /SCMTMS/TCC_MSG 809 is observed when charge calculation is performed.
