3525162 - UPA Posting in T-cd MIGO got error FAA_POST034

Symptom

An error message FAA_POST034 "Technical clearing account is not maintained for chart of accounts XXXX" is displayed when attempting to perform asset acquisition posting from T-cd: MIRO in an environment where UPA is enabled.

When tired to maintain the account by clicking the hyperlink of "Define Technical Clearing Account for Integrated Asset Acquisition" mentioned in the error message, it is impossible to create new entry as the button of new entry is grey out.
