3525187 - Field xxx in table MC02M_0ACC is specified twice

Symptom

Errors are encountered when running the report RMCSBWXP_COM in preparation for a Service Pack (SP) upgrade in the system.
An error of duplicate object present in the main structure is thrown when activating structure MC02M_0ACC:
- TABL MC02M_0ACC is inconsistent in active version
- Field EBELP in table MC02M_0ACC is specified twice
- Field EREKZ in table MC02M_0ACC is specified twice
Fields EBELP & EREKZ are present in two structures MC02M_2ACC & MC02M_3ACC.
Even after removing the entries from one structure and activating it, the same error occurs again when running the report RMCSBWXP_COM and the fields automatically get added again
