3525196 - IDoc stuck in 64 status, auto-job generated but not processing

Symptom

The inbound IDoc has been triggered by auto-generated job base on SAP Note 555229 - IDocs hang in status 64 for tRFC with immediate processing.
But the job has the You are not authorized to display/edit IDoc <IDoc number> error.
