3525381 - "Account Already Exists" Error when using Invite to Apply with Quick Apply enabled - Recruiting Management

Symptom

When inviting a candidate to apply to a job requisition while Quick Apply is active after they have already applied to a different position with Quick Apply, the system does not display previously entered data and recognizes that the candidate already has an account thereby preventing the completion of a second application.
