3525460 - Incorrect Time Off Deduction for Employee - Employee Central

• An incorrect deduction in the time account for the time type is observed for a specific employee.
• No corresponding time off request can be found for the employee for this period.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Navigate to 'Administer Time' for the transaction.
2. Enter the specific employee ID.
3. Check the absence records for the period deducted. The absence for this period will not be found.
4. Navigate to the time account.
5. Future postings will be observed as deductions for the leave that does not exist.

• Navigate to the particular Time Account in Manage Data
• Manually check details of 'Employee Time' to find one of the postings in the month which was deducted.
  • There is no information in Time Calendar Entry field
  • There is no information in Employee Time Field
• This happens if customer has deleted the 'Employee Time', but the reference(or posting type) still exists in the related Time Account.

There is a Check Tool called 'Time Account Details of  Type "Employee Time" Have Employee Time References (TimeAccountDetailWithoutEmployeeTimeReference)'.

It'll necessary to delete the Time Account Detail. Afterwards please create a Time Management Recalculation Event for this user and the posting date of the Time Account Detail.
